The Brazilian, 32, suffered a horror movie-esque cut on her head courtesy of a vicious elbow from Macy Chiasson on Saturday.

But she ended up suffering a second straight loss at the UFC 303 event thanks to a perfectly placed elbow from Chiasson in the second round.
And it left her with a gaping wound above her right eye.
The 32-year-old American landed the sickening blow when she was in her opponent’s full guard.
Blood instantly began pouring from Silva’s head – but the severity of the gash was not evident until she returned to her feet.
The referee immediately called for the cageside doctor to inspect the laceration.
And, after hearing the physician say the wound was “down to the bone”, the contest was waved off.
Fans initially booed that decision, but those attitudes soon changed when the true damage was revealed on the big screen.

Silva did not agree with the call from the officials that left Chiasson with a second round stoppage victory.
However, after she shared an image of the wound post-stitches to her social media, she would surely have changed that stance now.
She is pouting her lips in the snap, but the large scar stands out by a mile.
Silva has a large number of stitches above her left eye, and it still looks like she has plenty of healing to do.
And it will undoubtedly leave a nasty mark.
