Schenectady PD investigating Mumford Street shooting

The Schenectady Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened on Mumford Street. One person was found with a non-life threatening gunshot wound, police said.

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Schenectady Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened on Mumford Street. One person was found with a non-life threatening gunshot wound, police said.

Officers responded to a home on the 500 block of Mumford Street around 11 p.m. on Thursday for the report of a person who was shot. The man was treated on scene and taken to Albany Medical Center.
