Hathras stampede main accused surrenders in Delhi, claims his lawyer

Devprakash Madhukar, the prime accused in the Hathras stampede that resulted in 121 fatalities, surrendered to police in Delhi as confirmed by his lawyer. Madhukar, the main sevadar of the satsang, was the sole individual named in the FIR. Several others linked to the organizing committee have also been arrested in connection to the incident.
