Cardi B Accused of Copyright Infringement, Sued Over 'Enough (Miami)'

Cardi B has been accused of copyright infringement in a lawsuit over her song “Enough (Miami).”

The 31-year-old rapper dropped the track in March of this year. However, she and her production team were sued this week by Joshua Fraustro and Miguel Aguilar, who said that the track rips off their song “Greasy Frybread.”

TMZ examined the legal documents, which allege that Cardi lifted elements from the original song that was released in 2021 and used to promote FX’s Reservation Dogs.

Cardi has not commented on the lawsuit, but we’ll update you if we learn more moving forward.
