Bombay High Court seeks response from Centre and State on plastic flowers ban 

The Bombay High Court issued notices to Central Pollution Control Board and Maharashtra Pollution Control Board to file their respective affidavits before the court responding to a writ petition seeking ban on plastic and artificial flowers.
