Court allows Arvind Kejriwal's wife access to his medical records, permits her to seek doctors' advice

A Delhi court has granted Sunita Kejriwal, the wife of jailed Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, access to his medical records and allowed her to independently consult with doctors on his behalf. However, the court rejected Kejriwal's application for permission to be his attendant during consultations with doctors. The court ruled that permission was granted only when the prisoner is admitted in hospital.
