KK port congestion surcharge issue to be raised in Sabah Cabinet
KOTA KINABALU: The congestion at the main shipping port here has been brought to the cabinet on Wednesday, said state Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Datuk Phoong Jin Zhe.
