OSU Police responded to plane crash near Stillwater

STILLWATER, Okla. (KFOR) — The Oklahoma State University Police Department responded to a reported plane crash Saturday morning near Stillwater.

Authorities say the crash happened west of Stillwater near Lake Carl Blackwell.

The OSU Police Department is currently investigating the scene and advise those traveling to avoid the eastern edge of Lake Carl Blackwell.

According to officials two passengers were inside of the plane at the time of the crash. They have been transported to Stillwater Medical Center.

Police say the plane was an ultralight aircraft.

There is no other information at this time.
