Marlon Wayans Speaks Out After Home Burglary

Marlon Wayans is breaking his silence after his home was robbed.

Last weekend, it was reported that the 51-year-old White Chicks actor’s house in Los Angeles was robbed on Saturday (June 29).

On Friday (July 5), Marlon took to Instagram to share a video thanking fans for reaching out to see if he was OK after the robbery while also calling out the burglars.

Keep reading to find out more…“I want you to know that they didn’t really get much because I don’t own s–t,” Marlon said in the video. “The most valuable thing in my house is my house. So, unless you’re gonna put that s–t on a truck and drag it away, then, yeah, man, you did well, but I don’t own s–t. I don’t wear jewelry. This [ring] is fake. … It’s a heart rate monitor.”

He added, “I’m not flashy. No jewelry. No necklaces. I don’t have cash. I use credit cards.”

Marlon reiterated his sentiments in the caption, writing, “God is so Good. Everyone is fine. I’m grateful. Dear ROBBERS and OTHERS, I am the WRONG N***** to ROB. Save your energy. I don’t have anything valuable in my house except MY HOUSE. Sorry, i live a simple life with 2 cars and one of them is a 1994 Range Rover, you will need a jumpstart if you steal it cuz the battery is dead.”

He continued, “Robbers don’t waste your energy or your life doing home invasions, shit is too heavy!!! You want to carry all that bulls–t? Throw your back out, and for what?! I repeat I don’t own s–t valuable. I don’t have a bunch of cash or jewelry. Please pick a better ???? thank you and love you… still.”

In a recent interview, Marlon opened up about acceptance after his child came out as transgender.
