Kombos talks Nicosia-Cairo relations with new Egyptian counterpart

Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos spoke with his Egyptian counterpart Badr Abdelatty on Sunday to discuss the strategic partnership between the two countries, the EU-Egypt relations and regional developments.

 In a message on the platform X, the ministry said Kombos spoke with his new counterpart of Egypt Badr Abdelatty, congratulating him and wishing every success in his new duties.

It added that “discussion focused on strategic partnership and close cooperation between Cyprus and Egypt, EU-Egypt relations and regional developments”.
