Blach Construction has already demolished select portables at the middle school, and construction on what the district calls “a state-of-the-art learning environment” will continue throughout the school year.

While students are away, the district’s maintenance team is busy replacing HVAC filters, tuning up equipment and replacing old units. The district’s custodial team is cleaning at all 10 schools in the district, including 542,000 square feet of classrooms, 46,000 square feet of libraries, 87,609 square feet of multi-purpose rooms and kitchen space and 31,400 square feet of restrooms.
