25-year-old arrested for double highway speed limit
A 25-year-old was caught doing 197km down the Nicosia-Larnaca highway, nearly double the 100km speed limit.
A police press release says the man was stopped by the accident prevention squad at around 1am near the Koshi exit and was arrested.
He was later charged in writing and released and will be summoned to court later on Monday.
