Yellow warning for high temperatures

A yellow warning has been issued for high temperatures expected to peak at 40C inland on Monday.

The meteorology department’s warning began at 9pm on Sunday and will expire at 5pm on Monday.

The lowest temperatures expected are 26C inland and 25C along the coast.
