Australia, China, Netherlands and Puerto Rico to warm up for WBSC Women's Softball World Cup Finals in Caronno and Bollate, Italy

World No. 2 Puerto Rico, No. 8 Netherlands, No. 10 Australia, and No. 17 China will warm up for the WBSC Women's Softball World Cup Finals at the 43rd Caronno City International Tournament, which takes place in Caronno Pertusella and Bollate, Italy from July 10 to 12. World No. 9 Czechia complete the list of participants.

The event, the longest-running softball tournament in Europe, is organized by Caronno and Bollate, two of the top teams in the Italian Softball League, and is sanctioned by the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC).

China and the Netherlands will play the opening game on Tuesday, July 9 before the whole programme runs from July 10 to 12. The opening ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, July 10, at 8 pm (local time) at the Francesco Nespoli complex in Caronno Pertusella (Varese province).
