Watch nineties frontwoman, 50, who hasn’t aged a day 29 years after band’s smash hit as she dances in mini dress at BST

THEY were the catchy pop band that got us all dancing like mad to violins and tin whistles in the nineties.

Almost three decades later Irish siblings Andrea, Caroline, Sharon and Jim Corr have barely aged at all.

The group performed at British SummerTime festival on Sunday and were on the bill before country superstar Shania Twain.

But it was Andrea and her sisters who sent the crowd wild with hit after hit.

Frontwoman Andrea, 50, looked sensational in a black boob tube dress featuring red flowers, which she teamed with black tights and Dr Marten boots.

The star twirled and skipped across the Great Oak stage as if 29 years since their breakout song, Runaway, hadn’t passed.

The 65,000 crowd jumped and swayed in unison in the park and ALL Accor VIP stands to hits So Young, Radio, Breathless and What Can I Do.

The Corrs ended the show on a huge announcment – revealing they’ll perform at London’s The O2 as part of their UK & Ireland tour, Talk On Corners, in November.

They’ll stop in Belfast, Manchester, Glasgow, Newcastle and finish with a headline performance in London.

Aussie pop royality Natalie Imbruglia, who performed at BST on Sunday, will join them on tour.

The Corrs released their first album Forgiven, Not Forgotten in 1995 and it went on to sell more than 3million copies in the UK alone.

They’ve since shifted a whopping 40m records worldwide.

The stars took a hiatus from the music business in 2005 as they decided to focus their energy on their families.

However, after a return to the stage in 2017, the Dundalk band are now set for another comeback.

Caroline recently told The Sun: “It’s quite daunting going to do a big venue, especially since we haven’t toured since 2017.

“But we are a band who do this to ourselves. We do a couple of records.”

BST continues this week with performances from Stevie Nicks and Kylie Minogue.

Standard tickets have sold out, but ALL Accor experience packages are still available.
