It had fans joking they would forgo sleep to watch the Copa America to catch a glimpse of her latest get-up.
She was in attendance at Colombia‘s quarter-final against Panama, which the team went on to win 5-0.
That has set up a semi-final against Marcelo Bielsa’s Uruguay, who dispatched Brazil in their quarter-final on penalties.
The winner of the tie will play either world champions Argentina in the final or Canada – who are managed by another former Leeds manager, Jesse Marsch.
When Wendy was asked if she wanted to send a message to her national by Spanish outlet Marca, she said: “Yes to James Rodriguez, he’s a ‘little daddy’.”
She was also asked about her outfit choice and said: “I had this outfit from a photo shoot.
“I took the risk of wearing it to a national team match. I didn’t think it would attract so much attention.”
Speaking a bit about her background, Wendy said: “I am a psychology student, I am 24 years old and I really like the Colombian national team.”

Wendy’s favourite player James Rodriguez has been enjoying a renaissance for Colombia.
Rodriguez left Everton in 2021 to join Qatari side Al-Rayyan.
After a spell at Olympiacos, he joined Brazilian side Sao Paulo on a free transfer.
It’s helped the attacking midfielder regain his form, and he contributed a penalty and two assists in the first half of Colombia’s 5-0 victory over Panama.
It is the first time a player has been involved for three goals in the first half of a Copa America match in history.
