Maraveyas returns to Cyprus for a summer concert

It has now become a staple of summer in Cyprus to wait for a Kostis Maraveyas concert. Every year, the popular Greek singer adds Cyprus gigs as part of his summer shows and this year is no different. Greek music fans, mark your calendars for July 9. Maraveyas is back.

In a total summer mood, Maraveyas is preparing a lively concert in Nicosia next week taking place at the Lakatamia Municipal Amphitheatre. “Kostis Maraveyas is coming again this summer with the best parties of the year and in the unique way that only he knows how to entertain us so well,” say organisers.

“This time he promises a concert with a beach party vibe, transforming the concert venue into a sandy beach through his songs and music, shouting the slogan ‘summer forever’. Always filled with his wonderfully positive energy and his big smile, he will share with us all our favourites from his discography – and more – and invites us once again this year to dance and sing at a summer party that will be unforgettable.”

Joining him on stage will be his team of steady collaborators and friends Nikos Angloupas on electric bass, Angelos Angelidis on electric guitar, Jim Staridas on trombone, Christos Kalkanis on the clarinet and keyboards, and Demian Gomez on percussion and drums.
