Two more arrested, victim identified in deadly NW OKC shooting

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Two more arrests have been made in connection to a fatal shooting in northwest Oklahoma City on June 13.

According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, officers responded to an apartment complex near the 7500 block of Knight Lake Drive around 10:09 p.m.

Upon arrival, police say they found 20-year-old Darius Edwards who had been shot while leaving his apartment. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he passed away.

Officials say it appeared the victim was involved in an armed confrontation when the shooting happened.

According to OKCPD, 18-year-old Samara Kenoly, 18-year-old Dante Winslett and a 17-year-old have been arrested in connection to the shooting.
