OSBI looking for more information in 1982 Cotton County cold case
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is looking for more information in a 42-year-old cold case.
COTTON COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is looking for more information in a 42-year-old cold case.
In July of 1982, the OSBI says 47-year-old Doyle Watson was found dead in Cotton County. His body was located a quarter mile east of Highway 277 and one mile north of the Texas border.
Officials say based on Watson's injuries, investigators determined his death was a homicide. Special agents are still looking into the case and want to identify whoever is responsible.
