A dealership mess and I’m Looking for opinions on my head gasket.

I own a Jeep Cherokee latitude 2018 with 85,000 miles on it. After it wouldn’t start I brought it into the closest Jeep dealership. Also the dealership who performed a recall on my tigershark engine. My vehicle is under warranty for 100,000 miles or seven years. It has been at the dealership for nine months I have been without a vehicle for nine months after questioning the reason why my car is not covered under warranty I was told it is because it had overheated and blew a head gasket. I questioned this because my car showed no signs of overheating at all, when it was in my possession before I had it towed into the dealership. I was sent via text a picture of a head gasket that was very unclear to see, and after other conflict information regarding the time frames of them working on my vehicle, I decided to visit the dealership myself and when I had the service helper man open my hood, I actually took a video of my engine I have attached screenshots of my engine. Recently, someone took a look at my pictures and said it didn’t even look like it had blown a head gasket, which is bizarre to me, but not completely surprising. If so, this dealership told me so many different conflict. The information is fighting me on warranty work for whatever reason I still do not have the engine in my vehicle. Supposedly it has been ordered regardless, I just would like it if anybody could help me with any and put a piece of mind at all on whether or not they think this head gasket is blown on my engine. I really appreciate your help and time.
