TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Troy officials announced that crews are working to repair a water main break on O'Neil Street. The road is closed from Delaware Avenue to Madison Avenue.
Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes while work is underway. Local traffic on O'Neil Street is permitted.
