Manchester United increase offer for Everton's Branthwaite

Manchester United have increased their offer for Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite. The Toffees rejected a pound;35m bid from United for the England international last month. It is understood the revised offer is about pound;45m, with the possibility of additional payments should set targets be met.
