EASTENDERS legend Ian Beale will be left confessing a shocking secret to a horrified Cindy in upcoming scenes.
The BBC soap is set to kickstart an explosive story for the Walford mainstay amid the chaos of his and Cindy’s relationship.
Fans of EastEnders know that Ian and Cindy’s relationship has been fragile ever since she arrived back in Walford.
Whilst they initially seemed to be going strong, Cindy’s lingering feeling for her ex George and her eventual attraction towards his long-lost son Junior have seen the pairing come under strain.
However, it will be Cindy that is left worrying about Ian in upcoming scenes as she is forced to question his antics.
Next week on the BBC soap, Ian will set off to partake in an alleged leadership course under the disapproving glare of Peter.
As Ian packs his belongings to head off on the retreat, Cindy can’t help but have a peek at the items he is taking.
It does not take long for it to put Cindy’s head in a tailspin as she begins to think Ian is heading off for an affair.
She soon questions Kathy if this is the case but becomes convinced that she is lying and covering up for her son.
In order to clear things up, Kathy suggests that Cindy should ask Ian outright herself.
Following her advice, Cindy heads across to Beale’s Eels and demands to know if he is cheating on her and Ian quickly reassures her that he is not.
However, as her mind continues to runaway with her, Cindy soon makes another discovery that leads her to believe Ian is not telling the truth.
In order to uncover things once and for all, Cindy makes ex George drive her to a mystery address.
A whole heap of drama will then hit the Beale family is Ian is left being forced to confess a major secret.
As Cindy and George confront Ian, it isn’t long until his sons Peter and Bobby turn up at the same address too.
What exactly is Ian left hiding?
The events of the days will see Cindy in disarray and panic and after some time away from Ian, she once again decides to speak to him in order to smooth things over.
However, when Ian drops yet another shocking revelation, how will Cindy cope?
