Givaudan completes acquisition of Italian make-up manufacturer B.Kolor

Swiss fragrance manufacturer Givaudan announces that it has completed the acquisition of B.Kolormakeup & Skincare (B.Kolor), an Italian company specialising in the development and production of make-up products.
