Twitch streamer Sketch, also known as Cox, has become one of the biggest stars in the gaming community.

Sketch has captivated audiences with his engaging clips and memorable quotes that have become viral across platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok.

Starting his streaming career in June 2023, Cox has gained recognition for his unique appearance and compelling on-camera presence, attracting a wide variety of fans that include everyday viewers as well as prominent athletes.

While he remains pretty private, it is known that he has a passion for football, a sport he played during his high school years. 

He currently lives in Houston, Texas, and is an avid fan of the Houston Texans, , hence donning a CJ Stroud jersey in his streams.

Cox’s involvement in community activities was seen on June 2, 2024, when he participated as a goalkeeper in a charity soccer match organized by British YouTube group Beta Squad and American YouTube group AMP. 

The match, held at Selhurst Park in London, aimed to raise funds for The Water Project. 

The event finished in a dramatic 6-6 draw, which was disrupted by a pitch invasion that led to the match being stopped.

The meme is an amalgamation of the catchphrases he often says whenever he streams.

With most of Sketch fans being in the male demographic, the “What’s up brother?” trend is mostly women asking their boyfriends, husbands, and brothers the question “What’s up brother?” and getting Sketch’s catchphrases as a response.

Thousands of people have participated in the trend, including athletes from the NFL, NBA, and PGA Tour.

Even the NFL official TikTok account posted Sketch’s clip on their page. “That’s right, brother!” they wrote on the caption.

Tons of fans were fascinated by the trend, expressing surprise over how many have adopted Sketch’s catchphrases in their everyday vernacular.

Cox began his streaming journey on TikTok, where he played Madden NFL 24, a popular American football video game series. 

By July 2023, he expanded his presence by streaming both on TikTok and Twitch. 

In November 2023, he started sharing his gameplay and vlog videos on YouTube, continuing to feature Madden NFL 24. 

He also plays Rainbow Six: Siege live with fans.
