3 dead, 8 injured after truck hits July Fourth revellers in New York

NEW YORK CITY, New York: A pickup truck crashed into a group of people celebrating the Fourth of July in a New York City park, killing three and injuring eight others, this week.

Authorities said a mother and son were among three people killed by an intoxicated man driving a Ford F-150.

Police Chief Jeffrey Maddrey said during a news conference that the pickup was driving at high speed shortly before 9 p
