Pedro Neto is attracting interest from Tottenham

It is claimed that as things stand there is no clarity on whether Neto will still be at Wolves next season and are open to discussing suitable bids with the player about a potential exit from Molineux.

However, it is made clear that the Black Country club do not want to lose their star man on the cheap and will demand a minimum of £60m for him, with the valuation thought to have put off many potential suitors.

Tottenham are described as ‘the most concrete suitor’ for Neto at the moment, however, the North Londoners only value the Portuguese at around £45m.

The outlet reveals that Arsenal also hold a long-term interest in the 24-year-old but they are now prioritising additions in other areas while Paris Saint-Germain have also eyeing the former Braga man, although he is not a priority for the Ligue 1 giants.

Can Wolves and Spurs overcome a £15m gap in valuation?

Wolves are yet to receive any formal offer for Neto and they will discuss any offer with the player if and when it arrives, being aware of his desire to play European football.

Tottenham secured a return to European action with a fifth-placed finish in the Premier League table ensuring they will play in the Europa League in the 2024/25 season.

This sounds like the sort of deal that could potentially drag on until quite late in the window, with Levy perhaps putting in a cheeky £40m-£45m offer in the final few days.

It looks unlikely that would be enough, with Wolves not desperate to cash in on the winger for what is a considerable gap in valuation between the two clubs.
