Empire State University offering nursing degree partnership with RCC

Empire State University is partnering with Rockland Community College (RCC), offering a 2+2 nursing program. Nursing students can transition from an associate degree at RCC to a bachelor of science in nursing through online work provided by Empire State University.

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Empire State University is partnering with Rockland Community College (RCC), offering a 2+2 nursing program. Nursing students can transition from an associate degree at RCC to a bachelor of science in nursing through online work provided by Empire State University.

Students can begin enrolling in the program for the Fall 2024 term. Empire State University says the program is designed to help retain healthcare workers in their communities while trying to earn a higher degree in their field.

"Empire State University has a longstanding tradition of successfully delivering and providing access to an array of online programs. Our goal is to educate and inspire healthcare professionals who enhance the health of individuals, families, and their communities.”
