'Cry yourself to sleep': Trump re-emerges to hit at GOP and 'incapacitated moron' Biden

Former President Donald Trump emerged from behind his alleged wall of silence Tuesday morning to lash out against Republicans who refuse to obey his orders and a political opponent he called an "incapacitated moron" in President Joe Biden.

Trump demanded House Republicans unite to pass the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, a bill to crack down on non-citizen voting despite evidence and research that shows it does not happen and federal regulations already in place to prevent it.

"Republicans must pass the Save Act, or go home and cry yourself to sleep," Trump declared. "Get tough RNC (Michael [Whately]!), Speaker [Mike] Johnson, and all State and Local Republican politicians."

Trump then levied a veiled threat at the Justice department, the federal agency the Supreme Court last week granted standing presidents the authority to control.

"Non citizen Illegal Migrants are getting the right to vote, being pushed by crooked Democrat Politicians who are not being stopped by an equally dishonest Justice Department," Trump wrote.

"The Justice Department is CORRUPT and won’t do a thing to help. They have no shame! All I can say is that if I’m elected President, we will pursue Election Fraudsters at levels never seen before, and they will be sent to prison for long periods of time."

Trump's repeated avowals to imprison political opponents is one of many reasons his critics warn he could usher in an authoritarian regime from which American democracy might not recover.

"Our whole voting system is under siege," warned Trump, who faces criminal federal charges linked to the U.S. Capitol riots on Jan. 6, 2021 and the failed attempt to disrupt the transfer of power to Biden. "The only way [Democrats] can win is to CHEAT,"

"The Dems can’t win on their policies," added Trump, who was forced last week to walk away from the controversial policy platform crafted for him by the Heritage Foundation after its president issued a veiled threat of bloody revolution.

"They do it at every level of government," Trump said, "and they do it well."
