Luxury realtor bros investigated by FBI after multiple rape accusations

A trio of brothers who are a part of one of luxury real estate’s most famous families are at the center of an FBI rape and sexual assault investigation, the Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday.

Federal agents have met with women who accuse Oren, Alon and Tal Alexander of sexual assault. The allegations span two decades and go back to the brothers’ high school years, the report states.

The brothers deny the claims.

The three are part of a prestigious family of home developers in Miami, and Tal and Oren have been at the center of some the nation’s most expensive property sales, including selling a $240 million New York City apartment in 2019 which is the most expensive home ever sold in the U.S.

In lawsuits filed this year, the brothers were accused of multiple attacks, including one in which Tal and Alon Alexander allegedly attacked a woman together while Alon’s twin, Oren, watched.

One of the alleged victim’s attorneys told the Journal more than two dozen women contacted him claiming they’d been attacked.

Isabelle A. Kirshner, a lawyer for Oren and Alon, told the Journal, “We are unaware of any basis for an FBI inquiry into our clients’ conduct,” she said.

Attorneys for Tal said, “We have looked into Tal’s previous conduct and expect that anyone who investigates these matters will determine what we have that Tal has done nothing wrong."
