Rotterdam man arrested for alleged grand larceny

ROTTERDAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- State Police reported the Monday arrest of a Rotterdam man. Bryan Tracy, 47, had a warrant out for his arrest for third-degree grand larceny.

Troopers say they received a complaint from a Rensselaer County Emergency Medical Service Provider in December 2022 stating that they hired someone to work on an emergency vehicle who never started the work. It is alleged that the person hired was Tracy and that he had received more than $40,000 to complete the work he never did.

Tracy was arrested in Rotterdam, according to police. He was issued an appearance ticket for Pittstown Town Court for Wednesday and released.
