Man stabbed onboard MTA bus in the Bronx: NYPD
THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) – Police are searching for a man accused of stabbing someone on an MTA bus.
The incident happened on Thursday around 6:40 a.m., police said. The man allegedly approached a 40-year-old who was already onboard the bus, pulled a knife, and stabbed him in the forearm, according to officials.
The person involved in the stabbing got off the bus and ran up Ogden Avenue, investigators said. The victim was transported to a local hospital.
Police are looking for a man last seen wearing a red t-shirt, red hat, blue jeans, and black and red sneakers.
