NYPD releases video of man wanted in 2021 shooting death of woman in Queens
JAMAICA, Queens (PIX11) – The NYPD has released surveillance video of a man wanted in the 2021 fatal shooting of a woman who was left on a Queens street to die.
Dawn Peterson, 39, was gunned down in front of her home on Foch Boulevard in Jamaica on Dec. 17, 2021, according to authorities. Officers found her lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds to her chest and back.
The man was caught on camera running down the street before getting into a car near 155th Street and 116th Drive and driving away, video showed.
Police describe him as being around 5'10". He was last seen wearing a black hooded bubble jacket and blue jeans.
