Daisy Edgar-Jones Goes All-Black in Glossy Pumps for ‘Twisters’ Photo Call in London
Daisy Edgar-Jones slipped into an elegant pair of pointed-toe pumps while attending the photocall for “Twisters” in London on Tuesday afternoon.
Delicately crafted, the black pumps were constructed in a precise pointed-toe design and a glossy appearance that was dispersed throughout. No additional embellishments were added to the shoe as the focus was kept on her outfit, and the silhouette was completed by a very slim stiletto heel measuring between 3-to-4 inches.
The actress teamed her pumps with a sheer blue midi dress, which she paired with solid black tights. Her long honey brown locks loosely flowed over her shoulders, which was accentuated by natural eyeshadow and a dewy lip.
Continuing the promotional tour for the film, the “Fresh” actress was last spotted yesterday at the European premiere of “Twisters” at Cineworld Leicester Square in London, where she turned heads in a floor-length structured gown and glossy black pumps that featured an enclosed design around the back, front and sides, a lengthy narrow heel which gave her additional height and dramatized the arch of the silhouette, patent-leather glossing and a stiletto heel that also ranged between 3-to-4 inches in height.
This followed an appearance at the Gucci cruise 2025 show in May where she was seen in a pair of red leather horsebit loafers with a dramatic platform and block heel.
When not in pumps or loafers, you can typically catch her in a pair of strappy sandals with an added platform touch. For Gucci’s fall 2024 fashion show as part of Milan Fashion Week earlier this year, she was seen in a black pair of strappy platform sandals that were crafted in leather and featured a thick strap across the toe box, which itself sat on top of a platform base that clocked in at around 1.75 inches.
A super slim black strap around the ankle locked her foot in place, and the set was completed by a chunky heel measuring almost 4 inches.
In theaters on July 17, “Twisters” stars Edgar-Jones, Glen Powell and Anthony Ramos as friends that are haunted by a devastating encounter with a tornado. As the storm intensifies, the trio finds themselves in a fight for their lives as multiple systems converge over central Oklahoma. The film was directed by Lee Issac Chung.
