Rahul Dravid’s THIS Gesture After T20 WC 2024 Win is Heartwarming
Mumbai: Former India coach Rahul Dravid, whose term came to an end recently after the national side won T20 World Cup 2024, is winning a lot of respect. Departing Team India head coach reduced his T20 World Cup 2024 bonus by Rs. 2.5 crore and asked the BCCI to reward all coaches equally. As per a Hindustan Times report, Dravid did not want that extra money.
“Rahul wanted the same bonus money (Rs. 2.5 crore) as the rest of his support staff (bowling coach Paras Mhambrey, fielding coach T Dilip and batting coach Vikram Rathore). We respect his sentiments,” a BCCI source said, as per the report.
