Euros WAG Dani Dyer shares clever fashion hack to conceal her mum tum, and reveals her guilty food pleasure
ALL mums will know the lasting effect that having kids has on your body.
And Dani Dyer certainly isn’t exempt – previously opening up about her “saggy belly” that she doesn’t think will be corrected unless she has a tummy tuck.
But in a Q&A session with fans on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday night, Dani revealed some of her clever fashion hacks to conceal her mum tum.
“You look amazing! Tell us your secrets? Do you go to the gym?” one fan asked the former Love Islander.
In response, Dani said she’s changed her wardrobe since having kids, and always chooses “high waisted” clothes that are “more flattering for my stomach”.
She also swears by “suck me in knickers” from Amazon – the £15.99 Werena Shapewear for Women Tummy Control Knickers.
The “streamline” knickers have a rating of 4.3 out of 5 by customers, with one person writing in the reviews on Amazon: “Bought these at the start of the heat coming in and I’m so glad I did.
“They double as thigh rub protection and shapewear which is perfect!”
Elsewhere in the Q&A session, Dani spoke about her exercise routine, which she admitted is “all over the place” at the moment as she’s supporting boyfriend Jarrod Bowen and the England team at the Euros.
But she exercises three times a week when possible.
“I’ve started that reformer pilates which is absolutely amazing and can’t wait to get properly into it when we’re back into a routine,” she added.
She also credited her busy lifestyle for keeping her slim, as she laughed: “I honestly do not sit down all day.
“I really think I need one of those watches to monitor my steps. Lol!”
And diet wise, Dani said she “enjoys eating healthily” when she can.
But there’s one guilty food pleasure she can’t resist – and that’s “having a Chinese”.

“Has Santi had his three-year-old jabs yet? I’m dreading it,” one person asked.
To which Dani replied: “Not yet.
“I need to do all the kids’ jabs but I’m waiting until the summer is over and everyone’s more settled.
“Honestly I am dreading it so much!”
