Calcutta HC to hear Guv Bose's plea for interim order in defamation suit against CM Mamata Banerjee on Monday

West Bengal Governor C V Ananda Bose is set to appear in the Calcutta High Court for an interim order in a defamation suit against Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and other TMC leaders. Justice Krishna Rao granted leave for the defamation plaint to be registered, and Bose's lawyer will serve copies of the application to the defendants.
