Swan Hellenic has appointed Thomas Harrison to its dynamic team as Sales Director Europe with immediate effect, reporting directly to Chief Commercial Officer Patrizia Iantorno in a new role he will have ample scope to make his own. The position was created to meet the ongoing strong acceleration in demand following rapid growth in consumer awareness and bookings. It covers the whole of Europe apart from the UK and Ireland, where first quarter bookings were up 900% in 2024.

Thomas brings over 20 years’ experience in the ultra-luxury cruise market, mostly gained in a series of Sales Director and VP of Sales roles at Silversea Cruises, SeaDream Yacht Club and Uniworld Boutique River Cruises. A multilingual people person with strong leadership and analytical skills, combined with a firm grasp of emerging trends, Thomas is famous for engineering initiatives that have achieved triple-digit increases in sales.
