Stacey Slater has been missing from screens recently as viewers noticed the fan-favourite was nowhere to be seen.

Stacey, played by Lacey Turner, has been central to some of the soap’s biggest stories over the past 12 months including her role within The Six.

Although she has now begun to appear significantly less as the character enjoys a period of down time.

Stacey has been seen in just four episodes over the past two months having made appearances in mid-May as well as two episodes last month.

Now EastEnders fans have taken to social media as they questioned bosses on their whereabouts.

One said: “Stacey Slater from Walford, East London was last seen consecutively on the 15th and 16th May 2024. Reported sightings of Stacey were made on the 4th and 13th June 2024. Help find Miss Slater and bring her home! “.

A second wrote: “No but seriously where is my girl? she were in every single episode last year, there probably wasn’t a single day I didn’t see her. need her back NEOWN! “.

“Haven’t seen her for ages can’t wait to see her on screen,” said a third.

While a fourth commented: “Where is Stacey Slater and why haven’t we seen her in weeks?”

However, fans don’t need to worry as soap bosses appeared to ‘confirm’ Lacey will be back as her iconic character very soon.
