According to Russia’s TASS news agency, Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, and Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India, stated that “terrorism should not be associated with any religion, nationality, civilization, or ethnic group, and all those involved in terrorist activities and their supporters should be prosecuted by international law.”
