QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) – An off-duty NYPD detective was arrested in Queens on Tuesday, according to authorities. Carl Diaquoi, 47, was taken into custody around 11 p.m. He was charged with driving with ability impaired and refusal to take a breath test.
