Rain chances ending, very breezy condition this afternoon

FORECAST DISCUSSION:

The remnants from that storm will impact central Ohio over the next couple of days. As the storm moves through we will see a temporary drop in temperatures with some rain. Gusty conditions are expected as well. Sunshine will eventually return.

Additional rain chances stick around Wednesday morning as the remnants of Beryl will move through the area. A washout is not expected, but at this point any rain is still welcomed.

Very breezy winds will be noticeable by the afternoon with gusts above 30 mph at times. Temperatures will gradually fall throughout the day. Daytime highs will only be in the mid 70s.

Tonight skies will be mostly cloudy, but there will be a little more clearing by the early morning hours. Lows will be a little below average falling to the mid 60s.

Skies will start to clear by Thursday afternoon. Highs will be in the low-mid 80s across central Ohio. Winds will also be much calmer as well.

Plenty of sunshine returns by the end of the work week. This weekend high temperatures will return to the 90s and will remain there for several days. Heat index values by the start of next work week will be near the triple digits.
