Druthers launches beer to support Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Just in time for the start of racing season, Druthers Brewing Company has launched the beer "HorsePlay" to support Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga. The special brew is a Blonde Ale brewed with Peach Tea from The Whistling Kettle.

Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga non-profit horse sanctuary which provides a space for mental wellness between horses and humans. Every purchase of "HorsePlay" will help fund the care and well-being of the horses in therapeutic programs.

"We are thrilled to introduce 'HorsePlay' as a tribute to the incredible work done by Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga," said Chris and Scott Martell, co-owners of Druthers Brewing Company. Druthers and Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga are also having an event on Wednesday to celebrate the launch of "HorsePlay" on the front porch at 56 Union Avenue in Saratoga Springs from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The event includes beer sampling, light snacks, and local artist Frankie Flores will be there selling signed prints of his artwork featured on the "HorsePlay" can.
