Defense attorney says 'Alec Baldwin committed no crime; he was an actor, acting' at trial openings

SANTA FE, N.M. — A defense attorney told jurors Wednesday that the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was an “unspeakable tragedy” but that “ Alec Baldwin committed no crime; he was an actor, acting.”
