According to Turkish news outlet Milliyet, Tottenham are now locked in a three-horse race to sign Galatasaray star Baris Alper Yilmaz, who is also attracting interest from two other Premier League clubs.
Tottenham are on the hunt for attacking options
Yilmaz has emerged as one of the most exciting attackers in the Turkish top flight over the last couple of years and the winger’s stock grew further in light of his impressive showing at the Euros this summer.
On the back of his displays in Germany, it is revealed that Tottenham, Liverpool and Manchester United are all set to battle it out for the 24-year-old’s signature.
The report claims that the Lilywhites view the versatile attacker as someone who can add depth to their forward line while the Reds and the Red Devils are also keen on securing his services.
Yilmaz is attracting Premier League interest
The outlet states that Galatasaray value Yilmaz at around €30m (£25.3m), which is not expected to be a major stumbling block for the three English sides.
