Keira Knightley Made Her First Wimbledon Appearance in 10 Years & Wore the Perfect Summer Look

While Kate Middleton still hasn’t made an appearance at Wimbledon 2024, one major celebrity we rarely see has: Keira Knightley. Not only did Knightley come to Wimbledon this year, but she came with her rarely-seen partner James Righton, in style, and at the Wimbledon’s Royal Box!

Not only that, but this is her first Wimbledon appearance in a decade.

In case you missed it, on July 10, Knightley arrived on day ten of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club. And she was at Wimbledon’s Royal Box, with Queen Camilla in the row in front of her.

Yes, she also arrived in style, as you can see in the photos below:

As you can see, Knightly looked positively radiant in a Chanel dress from their Resort 2020 collection. The look was a one-shoulder, white dress with a black ribbon tied at the shoulder. She paired the look with circular silver sunnies, her go-to black and tan flats, a white bag, and a stylish sun hat.

Now, as we said, this is her first appearance at Wimbledon in 10 years. The last time she was there was back in 2014, with her husband, Righton. They arrived on day twelve of the Wimbledon Championships, and Knightley looked so gorgeous in a navy dress and circular brown sunnies. You can see the photos below:

In a previous interview with The Talks, Knightley discussed how she’s stopped caring about the random backlash as she’s gotten older, focusing on doing what makes her happy (and wearing what makes her happy). She said, “I learned you can say nothing, you can be perfectly smiling, wearing a perfectly nice dress at the opening of a charity and people can still despise you for it.”
