Matthew McConaughey shares shocking photo of swollen face from a bee sting as concerned fans ask ‘are you alright?’
MATTHEW McConaughey has sent fans into a frenzy, posting an alarming photo of his swollen face.
The actor revealed that he was stung by a bee.
Matthew, 54, posted a selfie on his Instagram with the right side of his face noticeably swollen.
His eye was swollen shut and his cheek was puffed up significantly compared to the other side.
“bee swell,” he wrote in his caption, alluding to the fact that he’d been stung.
Fans in the comments expressed their concern.
“Bee careful!” one commenter wrote.
“Dang it, anyway! Take good care of yourself!” a third commenter wrote.
“You good, boss?” his brand, Pantalones Tequila, wrote in the comments.
“Ouch! Heal up alright!!!” a fifth commenter urged.

IN A PICKLE
This isn’t the first time Matthew has shocked fans with his online presence.
In May, the actor and his wife Camila Alves, 41, appeared pantsless as they played pickleball in an ad for the actor’s tequila brand, Pantalones.
In the ad, Matthew and Camila ran through a cocktail recipe to enjoy while playing the sport.
After taking fans through the steps, the Dazed and Confused star and Camila dropped their pants while swinging their rackets behind the court net.

The commercial reportedly featured a nod to National No Pants Day, which was May 3.
Matthew and his wife co-founded and launched the organic tequila brand in 2023.
When the brand launched, they posted a photo of them riding matching motorcycles without pants.
“The world doesn’t need another celebrity tequila but tequila sure could use a kick in the pants,” the brand announced.
“Pantalones is the best thing we’ve made with our pants on.”
GOING STRONG
Camila and the Beach Bum actor met in 2006 at Joan’s club in California.
They quickly hit it off and Matthew invited Camila to get a drink with him and his friends at a table.
“We went out on our first date three nights later and I knew then that the next night I wanted to go on another date,” Matthew previously revealed in an interview with People.
“I’ve been wanting to go on a date with her for the last nine years and not with anybody else,” he said at the time.
The couple tied the knot in 2012 in Texas.
They have three children: Levi, 15, Vida, 14, and Livingston, 11.
