Delhi Electricity Bill: Electricity bills in Delhi saw an increase due to a rise in the power purchase adjustment charge (PPAC) across various discoms, starting this February. This adjustment, effective from February, reflects higher power purchase costs influenced by rising coal and fuel prices.
