German Health Minister wants to ban supervised drinking for under 16s

Health Minister Karl Lauterbach and other politicians want to ban teenagers under 16 in Germany from "accompanied drinking". Lauterbach has also drawn up proposals to ban the sale of nitrous oxide or 'laughing gas' to minors.
