The remnants of Beryl have pushed east into northern New England with a northwesterly flow of drier air and building high pressure providing sunshine and seasonable conditions.

Temperatures will rebound from the 70s Wednesday into the mid-80s. Skies tonight will be partly cloudy, and morning readings will fall into the low to mid-60s.

An upper-level ripple will bring some patchy clouds and isolated showers Thursday night and Friday over western parts of the state.

Winds will shift around to the south this weekend, resulting in an increase in heat and humidity, with plenty of sunshine. The increase in humidity could result in a few pop-up afternoon or evening storms Sunday and early next week, as high temperatures climb into the low 90s through the middle of next week.
